How can I book the accommodation?

What is the minimum number of days of stay?
The minimum number of days that can be booked is 7 nights to a maximum of ......
This is entirely dependent on availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
If possible late departures or early arrivals can be discussed.
What if I have a very early or a late arrival?
You will always be contacted before your holiday with us starts. We will also inquire about your flight details, so that we can keep track of your arrival time via the internet. If this is a late or very early arrival, please let us know so that we can take this into account.
Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?
No, each accommodation provides bed linen and towels for the maximum number of people who can stay in the house.
Do I have to check in on fixed days?
No, depending on availability, you can check in and check out on any day of the week.
What is the address of my holiday destination?
When the entire booking/payment procedure has been completed, you will receive the exact address of your holiday accommodation.
How do I get the key to my holiday home?
The key to your holiday home will be handed over to you personally by the host. She will be personally present at check-in and inform you of all the ins and outs of the home, so that you can optimally enjoy all the facilities in the home.
What are the house rules?
Each accommodation is carefully furnished for an optimal holiday experience. We therefore hope that you will treat the property with respect and ensure that it is in the same condition when you check out as you found it when you checked in.
Also show respect to your neighbours and make sure that after 11pm everyone can sleep and that no one is inconvenienced.
Is my pet welcome in the home?
No, pets are not allowed in our holiday homes.
Do I have to clean the holiday home before departure?
No, the property will be cleaned after your departure and a fee will be charged for this. The cost of the final cleaning depends on the size, and is included in your payment for the stay.
We do ask you to dump all the garbage bags in the designated containers in your street.
When do I have to pay for my stay?
We ask for 25% of the total costs to confirm your booking.
The remaining 75% must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
Do I have to make a down payment?
Yes. Since you have agreed to the booking, we will send you an email to confirm it and we will ask for a 25% deposit.
What are the consequences if I have to rebook or even cancel?
Should it happen that you need to change the booking, please contact us at all times via the contact page. So that we can see together which date suits you and is possible with us.
Will I get my money back if I cancel?
A refund in case of cancellation depends on the period of cancellation in relation to your arrival.
Cancellations charges as follows:
Up to 8 weeks deposit
Less then 8 weeks 50%
Less then 4 weeks 100%
We will of course try to re-rent the villa , for example, to reimburse the initial payment . We can provide you with a bill if you need to reclaim the costs for your insurance.
Do you offer transportation options?
Yes, we can arrange taxis for you at a competitive rate for up to 12 people.
